Buying Old Car Bodies and Vehicle Shells for Scrap Metal

Kare Plus buys old car bodies, vehicle shells and incomplete cars exclusively as scrap metal. We accept vehicle shells with or without engines, as well as vehicles that are no longer suitable for road use.

We do not buy used cars for resale or continued use. Our service is specifically intended for automotive scrap metal.

What Types of Automotive Scrap Do We Buy?

The vehicle does not need to be roadworthy or running. We assess each car body or vehicle shell individually.

Car Body and Scrap Vehicle Collection

We arrange loading and collection of car bodies and vehicle shells ourselves. You do not need to find separate transport to deliver automotive scrap to a scrap metal collection point.

Collection arrangements are agreed in advance based on the condition and location of the vehicle.

Assistance with Vehicle Deregistration

If the vehicle is still registered, we can assist with the necessary deregistration arrangements in accordance with the applicable CSDD procedures in Latvia.

Documentation requirements and available options are reviewed individually for each vehicle.

How to Sell a Car Body for Scrap Metal

• Contact Kare Plus and describe the car body or vehicle shell you want to sell.
• Let us know whether the engine is present and which components remain.
• Provide the vehicle's location and, if possible, send photographs.
• We will assess the scrap metal and agree on the purchase price and collection arrangements.
• We will organize loading and collection and assist with documentation where necessary.
